Employee Enrollment Campaign 2025
Employee Enrollment Campaign 2025 has been launched w.e.f. from 1st Nov 2025. The employer can declare, an employee who is alive and working with them since 01.07.2017 till 31.10.2025, but who could not be enrolled as member of EPF due to any reasons. In such cases, if the employee share has not been deducted, it stands waived, and only a nominal penal damages fee of ₹100 per establishment will apply. No Suo motu compliance action will be initiated by the EPFO.
